We started with an in-depth analysis of the values and the creation of behavior definitions. After that, we crafted a set of attitude descriptors to address a variety of observable behaviors, related to the core values of the organization.
The next step consisted in sketching the two processes, granting the utilization of the behavioral descriptors by design. Values-based assessment became one pivotal part of both Talent Acquisition and Performance Management. Finally, we created a customized library of behavioral and situational questions to enable leaders uncover key-skills and attitudes.
To provide guidance to both leaders and People staff, we structured the content in a so-called Values-Wizard. The Wizard is a customized tool designed to navigate across values, behaviors and a library of related assessment questions. Having the tooling ready to go, we finished the project with training for both Talent Acquisition and People Business Partners.

Our client is committed to growing the largest urban & cloud-enabled vertical farming network. While hyper-growing across three continents, they want to ensure cultural consistency across geographies, aiming at a sustainable implementation of their core values. The ultimate goal of the project was to enable both the hiring and the development of the right people.
When it comes to recruiting and developing the right personnel, the red thread across Talent Acquisition and Performance Management play a crucial role. We streamlined, aligned and enriched these key People processes, by adding customized, values-based assessment methodology. Thus, we enabled the Leadership team to have a clear reference of what is expected in behavioral terms and hire the right people. Everywhere, anytime.
On-going evaluation of the 'what' and the 'how'
As a new leader, I need coordinates that enable me to align with the organization. Especially while building up a new team, cultural orientation and alignment around our core values is essential to ensure impactful leadership. Tracking achievements over a regular quarterly period also allows for on-going evaluation of the 'what' and the 'how'.
